Fiber 1 cereal

Have you ever tried Fiber 1 cereal? I eat it almost every morning because I can get half of my daily fiber in just one serving. I haven't tried this yet, but there are some recipes that call for grinding the cereal up into crumbs and using it for a piecrust. I may just try this. I am trying to eat healthier this new year and this cereal is part of my plan.

Thanks for sharing your weight control frustrations! I started a new plan this month and have lost 3.5 lbs. so far. I just eat half the portions I used to, drink more water and keep busy! I refuse to call it a diet because they never work for me. I'm going to try that fiber cereal you mentioned.

Meanwhile, I finished reorganizing my stamp room. Come for a visit!

Hi Cheryl! I've never tried Fiber 1 cearal but sounds like something I would love to eat!

I wonder if you could use the crumbs to coat chicken for friend chicken or baked chicken. Maybe it's worth a try.
