Diaper Bag Tag

I have been wanting to make one of these tags ever since I saw some of them made. I collected some name badges when I went to Furniture Market with Kim and then I bought some of the jump rings from WalMart so I would be ready when the mood struck. My dr. had a baby girl and I wanted to make one for her so that when I went for my next apt. after she went back to work that I would have something I made for her. Well, this is how it turned out. I am fairly happy with it for a first try. My glitter glue didn't work very well and came out in clumps, but I think it is ok. I went through all my ribbon and found all the pink ones and tied them on the top. The backside has the giraffe and the lion cut out from the Wild About You set and the Lily letters are from Headlines. (I hope she spells the name that way and not Lilly). Oh well, I can make her another one.
That is all I did this weekend. It surely wasn't a good stamping weekend at all. Not sure how much I will do this week either but hopefully will do a few things. I bought some Future floor wax today and will try a pearlex project sometime this week.
Thanks again for checking in and be sure to sign my guestbook.
Cheryl

Your tag is beautiful and I am sure that your doctor will love it. I enjoyed visiting your blog. Listening to music and looking at some of the pictures was lots of fun. I added my picture too. :) Awesome blog.

Thanks for your nice comments, I adore roses too, am about to paint one to post today for my 10 Days of Roses!
Oh, I have had the same problem with glitter glue, seems like teh bottle is only good the first time or two that you use it, after that I have to apply with a brush.
And "orchid oppulance"! What a name, makes you want some, what ever it does!!
